It's so cliche to say time goes fast, but it truly does! I blinked and suddenly have an adult child and one starting his junior year of high school. Where does the time go? Makes one contemplate their future. The funny thing is that many have asked "So how does it feel to be 50?" Feel? It doesn't feel any differant than the day before. I guess it doesn't hit you until the festivities end. I've always had a bucket list. Things I've wanted to accomplish, places I've wanted to visit, etc. It's time to start checking more off that list. At what point in your life have you thought, it's time? Whether it was to lose weight, get healthy, or go on that vacation, when did you finally turn the gears and get moving? I've made some decisions this summer. It will require a lot of time, organization, and help from others and hopefully, I won't pull my hair out. It's something I've procrastinated about for many years. Well, it's time. But my point to you is this, how many times have you said you wanted to lose that weight or get stronger? When is the right time to start? It's never too late. No matter what age you are at the moment, you can accomplish your goals. If you need a friend to help, I'm here. I'm not saying it will be easy. Anything worth having is not easy.
